Henning von Tresckow

Henning von Tresckow was a German army officer and a key figure in the July 20, 1944, assassination attempt against Adolf Hitler, known as Operation Valkyrie. His involvement in this resistance movement highlighted the moral conflict faced by many military officers during the Nazi regime, and he ultimately paid with his life for his opposition to Hitler's tyranny.
