Henry Sheares

Henry Sheares was an Irish revolutionary who played a significant role in the 1798 rebellion against British oppression in Ireland. He was executed alongside his brother John for his efforts to promote Irish independence. The brothers' remains are housed in the crypt of St Michan’s Church, a site that has garnered attention due to recent events surrounding an arson attack.
