Herman Haluščenka

Herman Haluščenka is a Ukrainian politician who previously served as the Minister of Justice and, prior to that, held the position of Minister of Energy. He has recently been in the news due to accusations of corruption related to a scheme orchestrated by businessman Timūr Mindičius, which involved the embezzlement of funds within Ukraine’s energy sector.
