Hilso Ramos Cosme

Hilso Ramos Cosme is a Peruvian lawyer and politician, affiliated with the Todo por el Pueblo party, which is linked to former President Pedro Castillo. He has been involved in controversial political activities, including an attempt to register the Movimiento por Amnistía y Derechos Fundamentales (Movadef), associated with the terrorist group Sendero Luminoso, as a political party.
