Ho Tae-yong

Ho Tae-yong, the former head of South Korea's National Intelligence Service, has recently been detained for negligence during the enforcement of martial law imposed in 2024 by then-President Yoon Suk Yeol. A Seoul central court validated the arrest warrant, citing that Cho disregarded his responsibilities and might have destroyed evidence, as he failed to inform Parliament about the legality of the decree.
