Hoàng Mạnh Hà is a Vietnamese businessman who, along with his associate Vũ Mạnh Cường, was implicated as a key figure in a large-scale operation producing and distributing counterfeit powdered milk products. The investigation revealed that he co-founded the companies Rance Pharma and Hacofood Group, which were involved in manufacturing fake milk products marketed for various health conditions. Under his leadership, the operation generated significant revenue while deceiving consumers with substandard products.
