Horace Gray

Horace Gray was an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, serving from 1881 to 1902. He is best known for his opinion in the landmark case Wong Kim Ark v. United States (1898), which confirmed the principle of birthright citizenship under the 14th Amendment.
