Huang Xinbo

Huang Xinbo, born in May 1975, is an accomplished engineer and Communist Party member with a doctorate in engineering. He currently holds the position of Deputy Director and Party Member of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and is slated for a senior management role in a public institution.
