Ouyang Caipeng

Ouyang Caipeng, born in April 1976, is a Chinese politician and a member of the Communist Party of China. He currently serves as the Director of the Policy and Regulation Research Office of the Provincial Publicity Department, and is proposed for a senior provincial-level leadership position.
