Ibrahim B. Babangida

Ibrahim B. Babangida is a former military ruler of Nigeria who served as the President from 1985 to 1993. Known for his controversial policies and attempts at political reforms, he played a significant role in West African politics, particularly during the Liberian civil war, where he led Nigeria's efforts to intervene and stabilize the conflict through the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
