Roland L. Giddings
Roland L. Giddings is the Minister of Public Works for Liberia, responsible for overseeing infrastructure development and public works projects in the country. He is part of a high-level delegation led by Finance Minister Augustine Kpehe Ngafuan to the 2025 Spring Meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank Group in Washington, D.C.
