Ibrahim Janlyel

Ibrahim Janlyel is the Vice President of Air Astana, the national airline of Kazakhstan. Recently, he announced the company's plans to modernize its fleet, which includes retiring two Embraer aircraft that were involved in a tragic crash near Aktau in December 2024. Under his leadership, Air Astana aims to expand its fleet from 58 to 80 aircraft by the end of 2028, incorporating new Airbus-320 models as part of their commitment to enhancing air travel safety and reliability in the region.
