Ida Sepúlveda

Ida Sepúlveda is the president of the Association of Detained and Disappeared Political Prisoners in Valdivia, Chile. She has been an advocate for the families of victims of human rights abuses and has expressed her long-standing efforts to find Bernarda Vera, who was believed to be a victim of forced disappearance during the Pinochet regime.
