Igor Babici

Igor Babici, 32, was a volunteer soldier in the Russian military who had previously worked with adults and children diagnosed with cerebral palsy. He was reported to have been killed on February 20, 2024, during a HIMARS rocket attack while attending a ceremony, marking one of the significant casualties in the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.
