Ilia Gambashidze is the founder of the Social Design Agency (SDA), established in 2002, which has been involved in orchestrating information warfare campaigns for the Russian government. Under his leadership, the agency has gained notoriety for its role in spreading disinformation and manipulating online narratives, including the recent 'Project 2026' aimed at creating a network of fake websites to influence public perception and AI responses.
