Iñaki Bergés

Iñaki Bergés is the owner of the Hermandad de Pescadores de Hondarribia, renowned for his traditional fish soup that has gained international fame, particularly in Japan, where it was recognized as one of the best in the world. His culinary journey began when he transitioned from being a fisherman to a cook, inheriting his mother's recipe and dedicating himself to perfecting this dish, which he prepares in large quantities daily. Recently, he began to commercialize his soup, allowing it to be enjoyed beyond his restaurant.
