Indri is a 29-year-old woman from Bandung, Indonesia, who has faced significant mental health challenges, including depression and PTSD, stemming from a difficult childhood marked by bullying and family disconnection. After experiencing a deep low, she has found some solace in cooking and sharing food with those in need, while also exploring writing as a means of expression and healing.
