Ingrid Broussillon

Ingrid Broussillon is a workshop facilitator and the founder of Griottes Polyglottes and The Wow Culture, dedicated to using improv techniques to enhance diversity and inclusion in workplaces. Born in Guadeloupe and later moving to France to study business management, she harnesses her background in theater to help teams address complex issues like unconscious bias and anti-racism through engaging, unscripted scenarios. Her workshops create a playful and supportive environment, allowing participants to tackle uncomfortable topics with humor and creativity, ultimately fostering better communication and collaboration within diverse teams.
