Mona Benjamintz

Mona Benjamintz is the member care coordinator at Modo, a car-sharing co-operative based in British Columbia, who recently participated in a workshop led by Ingrid Broussillon focused on improving awareness of bias in interactions with diverse clients. Through this training, she explored how biases can manifest in customer service scenarios, enhancing her ability to engage effectively with newcomers and international tourists.
