Irene Shashar
Irene Shashar, born in 1936 in Warsaw, Poland, is a Holocaust survivor who spent her childhood hiding from the Nazis. After losing her father to the horrors of the Holocaust, she managed to survive in hiding with her mother. Irene has dedicated her life to preserving the memory of the Holocaust and educating future generations. She currently resides in Modiin with her partner, actively participating in projects related to remembrance and education.
