Iryna Vannykova is the spokesperson for Viktor Yushchenko, the third president of Ukraine. She gained recent attention for her comments regarding Yushchenko's decision to refuse the Polish Order of the White Eagle in protest against the Polish president's decision to revoke this honor from current Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
