ISRO, or the Indian Space Research Organisation, is India's national space agency responsible for the country's space exploration and satellite operations. Recently, ISRO experienced a setback when their PSLV-C61 rocket failed to successfully deploy the ESO-09 satellite due to a malfunction in the third stage of the launch.
