Iuri Burakov

Iuri Burakov, also known by his callsign 'Sedoi', is a major and commander of the 2nd Battalion of the 95th Regiment within the 5th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the Russian military. He recently came into the spotlight after he reportedly disappeared following his submission of a formal complaint about serious abuses and criminal activities within his unit, including drug trafficking and torture.
