Iván Anzaldua González

Iván Anzaldua González is an engineer living in Missouri, USA, who is fighting to obtain Spanish nationality in honor of his late grandmother, Berta Álvarez Trabanco, a stateless person born in Gijón. He carries forward the legacy of his great-grandfather, José Manuel Álvarez González, an exiled Spaniard, and advocates for the application of the Law of Democratic Memory to rectify historical injustices faced by his family.
