Julio César Iglesias

Julio César Iglesias, a 43-year-old Colombian national, was working as a concierge in a residential building in Ñuñoa, Chile, when he was arrested during a police operation targeting members of the criminal faction known as Los Piratas del Tren de Aragua. Despite being well-liked by his neighbors for his attentive and friendly demeanor, it was revealed that he led a double life, allegedly involved in serious criminal activities including the burial of a former Venezuelan lieutenant's body.
