Ivan Makreev

Ivan Makreev served as the Minister of Internal Affairs in the first government of the Belarusian People's Republic in 1918. His role was pivotal during the early attempts to establish administrative control and governance in Belarus amidst the chaos of World War I and subsequent occupation.
