Yazep Voronka

Yazep Voronka was the first Prime Minister of the Belarusian People's Republic (BPR) established in 1918. A prominent political figure, he played a crucial role in the early formation of Belarusian statehood during a tumultuous period marked by foreign occupation and political upheaval. After the collapse of the BPR, Voronka emigrated to the United States, where he continued to advocate for Belarusian independence.
