
Ivan Noskevich
Ivan Noskevich, born on March 25, 1970, in the village of Tereblichi, is a Belarusian lawyer and former head of the Investigative Committee of Belarus. He served in various prosecutorial roles from 1995 to 2015, ultimately becoming the chairman of the Investigative Committee from November 2015 until his dismissal in December 2020. Noskevich was noted for his liberal stance among security officials and was involved in documenting human rights abuses during protests. Following his dismissal, he remained unemployed until 2023 when he took a position at Tech and Business Solutions, a company linked to the controversial 1AK-Group, which operates a battery factory in Brest.
