Ivan Selin

Ivan Selin was a 24-year-old commander and participant in military operations at the Ryazan Higher Airborne Command School. Tragically, he lost his life during a training parachute jump when his parachutes failed to open due to sabotage by his cadet, Ilya Kazantsev, who had tied the cords together. Selin's death has raised serious concerns regarding cadet treatment and safety in military training.
