Jacintha Dowling

Jacintha Dowling was a colleague of Lois West at the Garda Siochána Analysis Service (GSAS) and provided evidence regarding the workplace environment under Laurence Scanlan. Dowling supported West's claims of instability and harassment, highlighting the severe impact of Scanlan's behavior on staff morale. Sadly, she has since passed away, leaving behind her testimony of the troubling conditions at GSAS.
