Jacobo VI y I
Jacobo VI y I, also known as James VI of Scotland and James I of England, was the monarch who commissioned the translation of the Bible that would become known as the King James Bible. His reign marked a significant period in English history, and the publication of the Bible under his order in 1611 set the stage for later controversies, including the infamous typographical errors in the 1631 edition.
