Jaime Iber Alfaro

Jaime Iber Alfaro is the Secretary of Extension at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the National University of Jujuy (UNJU). He has been vocal about the implications of Argentina's recent migration reforms, particularly criticizing the requirement for foreign nationals, including Bolivians, to have health insurance and pay for medical services. Alfaro argues that these policies are exclusionary and undermine humanitarian values, especially given the familial ties many Bolivians have in Argentina.
