Jan Cornelius Kuiper

Jan Cornelius Kuiper was a Dutch journalist known for his work with IKON TV, a channel founded by various churches in the Netherlands. He was one of five journalists tragically murdered on March 17, 1982, in El Salvador while documenting the civil war. The assassination highlighted the dangers faced by journalists in conflict zones and remains a significant event in the history of media freedom.
