
Ján Langoš
Ján Langoš was a prominent Slovak politician and the former director of the Institute of National Memory. He served as the Minister of the Interior in the Czechoslovak government and was known for his contributions to the country's democratic transition. Langoš tragically passed away in a traffic accident in 2006, and a memorial cross was erected in his honor near Drienovec, which has recently gone missing.
