Janas Lipavskis

Janas Lipavskis is the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. He has been an outspoken critic of countries that continue to issue tourist visas to Russian citizens despite the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. Lipavskis has argued that allowing Russian tourists to enter Europe raises both security and moral concerns, particularly in the context of the war crimes committed by Russia in Ukraine.
