Javier Nieto Quintero

Javier Nieto Quintero is a former captain in the Venezuelan military and leader of the dissident organization Carive, which has sought assistance from Erik Prince in efforts against the Maduro regime in Venezuela. He has been vocal about his organization's attempts to collaborate with Prince to overthrow the current Venezuelan government.
