Jay Gruden

Jay Gruden is a former professional football player and coach, recognized for his success in the Arena Football League (AFL) where he won four championships as a player and two as a coach. He later transitioned to the NFL, where he served as the head coach of the Washington Football Team (formerly known as the Washington Redskins) from 2014 to 2019. Known for his offensive acumen, Gruden has played a significant role in developing quarterback talent and offensive schemes in both the AFL and NFL.
