Jessica Farrell

Jessica Farrell is one of the five children abused by her father, Noel Farrell, during her childhood. She was first sexually abused at approximately 3½ years old and spent a significant part of her early life in care as a result of the traumatic experiences. In her victim impact statement, Jessica expressed feelings of being punished for the truth coming out and described her journey toward forgiveness, not to excuse her father's actions, but as a means of personal healing.
