Jesús Orozco

Jesús Orozco was the owner of a tire shop in Cuernavaca who became a victim of a kidnapping orchestrated by Modesto Vivas Urzúa and his accomplices. His abduction in 1993 highlighted the rampant crime wave of kidnappings in Mexico during that era.
