Jevhen Baklanov

Jevhen Baklanov is a Ukrainian citizen wanted in Ukraine on charges of treason since 2022, during the first year of Russia's full-scale invasion. He has been linked to the Pravfond, a foundation established by the Russian Foreign Ministry that is accused of financing pro-Russian activities and propaganda in Ukraine.
