Jhonatan Carrasco

Jhonatan Carrasco is a man implicated in a series of violent crimes in Ecuador, including the assassination of university student Gaby Carolina Holguín Bailón. He was recently injured in a mass shooting that left five dead, including Colombian national Jhon Fredy Charry Álvarez, and he was found to have outstanding arrest warrants for previous offenses.
