Jiraniti Havanon

Jiraniti Havanon is a Thai constitutional court judge recognized for his dissenting opinions on important legal matters. He was recently in the news for being one of the two judges who opposed the majority ruling in the Constitutional Court regarding the government's decree to borrow 400 billion baht, arguing that certain provisions of the decree were unconstitutional.
