Naphadol Thepphitak

Naphadol Thepphitak is a Thai constitutional court judge known for his role in significant rulings related to constitutional law in Thailand. Recently, he was part of the majority decision in the Constitutional Court that ruled in favor of a government decree allowing the Ministry of Finance to borrow 400 billion baht to address the energy crisis and facilitate the energy transition in Thailand.
