Joffel van der Westhuizen

Joffel van der Westhuizen is a former military commander in South Africa who has been implicated in the apartheid-era killings of the Cradock Four. He denied ordering the deaths of the activists during an inquest that seeks to bring justice for these notorious killings that occurred in 1985.
