John Holer

John Holer was the founder of Marineland, a marine-themed amusement park in Niagara Falls, Ontario, which opened in 1961. Holer was instrumental in developing the park into a popular tourist destination featuring marine mammals and amusement rides. He led the park until his death in 2018, leaving a controversial legacy regarding animal welfare and the treatment of marine life in captivity.
