John Tobon

John Tobon is a former special agent in charge of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) in Hawaii and an ex-director of field operations at the Department of Homeland Security. He has expressed concerns about the redirection of resources within the DHS, arguing that the shift towards immigration enforcement is detracting from the agency's ability to address other significant criminal threats such as narcotics trafficking and child exploitation.
