Jorge Arosemena

Jorge Arosemena is the head of Panama's Cidade de Saber, a research and innovation center situated on the former site of the U.S. military base in Panama. Arosemena is a sociologist who participated in the student protests of 1964 against U.S. control of the Panama Canal.
