Jorim Buntu

Jorim Buntu is an innovative secondary school student from Kibasila Secondary School in Dar es Salaam, noted for her role in creating a prototype ballot-counting device designed to streamline the vote-counting process in Tanzania. Her presentation at the 2025 ICT Training for Girls highlighted her commitment to using technology to solve real-world problems and her call for government support to further develop their invention and encourage girls in ICT fields.
