José Fernando Huamán Alvarado

José Fernando Huamán Alvarado is a Peruvian communication professional affiliated with the Alianza para el Progreso (APP) party, having previously run for mayor of San Ignacio. He has worked closely with Minister César Vásquez at the Ministry of Health, where he was recently included in the Fondo de Apoyo Gerencial (FAG) after a series of service contracts, allegedly due to his trusted status and prior involvement in government communication.
