Juan Barrera Alván

Juan Barrera Alván is a Peruvian environmental engineer with a background in politics, having previously sought local office with the Alianza para el Progreso (APP). He transitioned to the Fondo de Apoyo Gerencial (FAG) at the Ministry of Health, where he has been involved in strategic actions regarding health and environmental oversight, following experience as an auxiliary in Congress.
